Timothy Liggins is a DHHS Campus Coach with the Seita Scholars Program at Western Michigan University. He is an alumnus of WMU, where he earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work. Timothy has been employed with the Department of Health and Human Services for the last 21 years, working with individuals and families who have experienced foster care. He began working exclusively with the Seita Scholars Program in 2009 and has served in numerous roles. Timothy was the program’s first DHHS Liaison; supporting students to connect with foster care related resources. Over the last 10 years, he has served as one of the program’s campus coaches. Timothy is also an associate trainer with the Fostering Success Coach Institute, facilitating FS Coach Model trainings for individuals throughout the country.
