ICF Certification

The FSCI coaching program offers aspiring coaches the opportunity to become certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with an ACC credential (Level I). Through our comprehensive training curriculum, participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and practical experience to meet the rigorous standards set by the ICF for certification. Our program covers essential coaching competencies, ethics, and best practices, preparing individuals to excel in their coaching practice and successfully pass the ICF certification examination. With our guidance and support, participants will embark on a transformative journey that not only equips them with the tools to become certified coaches but also empowers them to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.

Steps to Becoming an ACC Certified Coach

Complete Foundations

Complete Applications

Complete Mentor Coaching

Accumulate a minimum of 100 coaching hours with at least 70 hours being paid clients

Submit a Coaching video to FSCI to demonstrate coaching competence

Pass the ICF Knowledge Assessment examination

Becoming a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) involves undergoing extensive training and meeting specific criteria to demonstrate competence in coaching skills and ethics. ICF certification signifies that a coach has completed an accredited training program, accumulated a requisite number of coaching hours, adheres to the ICF’s Code of Ethics, and passed a comprehensive examination.
