Sam Garman is the Bridging Success Project Coordinator at the Maricopa Community Colleges in Maricopa County, Arizona. Bridging Success is a program focused on providing access to the colleges and support for completion for students who have experienced foster care. Sam has been a certified coach through Fostering Success since 2016 and leads a coaching program at one of the colleges. Sam is a former foster parent who adopted through foster care in Arizona. He is passionate about providing meaningful support for this population.
