Ronicka Hamilton is the current Director of the Seita Scholars Program. The FS Coaching Model was developed within the Seita Scholars Program and is used by every Coach within the Program. Ronicka has been certified by the International Coach Federation and has been training around the country since 2013. Prior to being a Director, she was a Senior Campus Coach. In that role she oversaw other Coaches and supported them in integrating the FS Coaching Model into their work with students.
