Meghan Arrigo is a Senior Consultant and Coach. She brings knowledge and experience grounded in more than twenty years of work in the youth organizing and child welfare field. Her work is centered in coaching and collaborating with young people, lived experts, community members and system leaders to re-imagine communities rooted in justice, equity, and inclusion. Meghan is the founder of Arrigo Consulting, LLC where she has a private coaching practice focused on holding space for people to design a future rooted in their values, freedom, peace, and possibilities. Meghan is also a consultant with Cetera Inc. where she provides consultation and technical assistance to support place-based and lived expert engagement work within the Jim Casey Initiative at the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
