Judi Alperin King worked for 30 years as a psychologist at Wediko Children’s Services, including as clinician, administrator, program director, and development officer. After decades working with children who faced serious emotions and behavioral problems, she turned her attention to college students. In 2015 Judi founded The Wily Network, a nonprofit that provides a range of resources to college students who are navigating school on their own. By founding the Wily Network, Judi set out to build a community that would offer wrap-around services to students from matriculation to graduation. Judi earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Psychology at Hamilton College and Boston College, respectively. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Judi has three adult daughters and lives in Needham, Massachusetts, with her husband.
