Dr. Yvonne Unrau is a freelance trainer, coach, consultant and therapist, as well as a retired professor of Social Work. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan and Washington and holds a certification in diversity coaching. She formerly was the Director of the Center for Fostering Success and was the Founding Director of the Seita Scholars Program at Western Michigan University. She has led the development of the Fostering Success Coach Model since 2008. Currently, she serves as a senior trainer and consultant to the Fostering Success Coaching Institute.
